What is Ignite your PATH to Employment?

Ignite your PATH to Employment is a 4-day, 3-night program offering students ages 16-26 the opportunity to learn the various skills necessary to be successful in the workplace. Ignite your PATH to Employment will be held at Pioneer Trails, our beautiful camp on Blue Lake. This camp experience will not only focus on Work Readiness and Self-Advocacy Skills, but will include Job Exploration and Work-Based Learning Experiences needed to launch their journey towards finding, and maintaining, employment.

By providing individual career exploration, coupled with the fundamentals of interviewing skills, communication, professionalism, employer expectations, and conflict resolution, students can expect to leave Ignite your PATH to Employment equipped with the necessary tools to be successful on the job, and an idea of the PATH to take them there!
