Pioneer Resources offers services for people with mobility impairments, developmental disabilities, senior citizens and others facing transportation barriers. Services are provided along the lakeshore in western Michigan (Ottawa and Muskegon counties). Pioneer Resources can also assist eligible passengers or organizations with field trips and special events. Please contact us for eligibility criteria and availability or simply print out our reservation form and fax it to the number listed at the top of the form.

Transportation

Our fleet includes:

  • Lift-equipped transit buses
  • School buses
  • Lift-equipped vans

Bus Services

  • Available for people who attend day programs or work sites such as Kandu Industries and Goodwill Industries of West Michigan
  • Shuttles for community-based instruction
  • Drivers and bus aides are well trained and dependable

  • Muskegon Area Intermediate School District
  • Muskegon-Oceana Headstart Program
  • LifeCircles / PACE Program

Lakeshore Ride Link provides transportation resources for members of Muskegon, Ottawa, Allegan and Kent counties. It works in coalition with Pioneer Resources and Call 2-1-1. Click here for more information.
