    A Care-free Experience Away from Daily Challenges

Camp Connected is a three-day, two-night outdoor adventure for young adults with severe emotional disturbances. The mission of this camp is to provide a care-free experience away from daily challenges while getting in touch with nature. Young adults learn how to build social skills and the self-confidence required to navigate the future with success.

During this fun weekend, teens enjoy numerous outdoor experience such as nature hikes, swimming, boating, campfires, and a challenge course that enhances problem solving and team-building skills.

Who should attend Camp Connected?

Camp Connected is designed to serve youth ages 10-16 years old who have severe emotional disturbances.

How do I apply?

Camp dates are June 24-26, 2016. Parents or guardians will need to complete an application and submit it to Pioneer Resources.  A referral from a HealthWest Supports Coordinator is also required.

The registration form will be available April 1, 2016.

The deadline for submitting a registration form is May 28, 2016.
